lol, hes 12. theyre all like that. just smile and nod. all too soon, puberty will hit and hell be sooo insecure.

Tell him "oh, you're right Nephew whatever your name is, YOU ARE RIGHT" each and every time he says something.
Otherwise, you are ARGUING with a TWELVE YEAR OLD--how stupid is THAT? Yep, I thought you'd see it my way.
By the way, did he invent pasteurization? Because I just enjoyed a deliciously cold glass of chocolate milk and I want to thank him for that.
And I don't have polio, so thanks for that, Nephew, too!
And how about chemotherapy? My mom's alive today because of his discovery that CHEMICALS kill CANCER CELLS!!!

Seriously -Anytime he tries to contradict you - just put a mysterious smile on your face and nod slowly, like YOU are the one with the REAL secret.
Don't try to be cool to get on his good side- kids can spot that a mile away and it just knocks you down on the coolness meter.
If the attitude is starting to turn destructive, you may want to chat with the parents to see what's going on...
