Get a piece of board the size you want the table to be. Then staple green (or blue or whatever) felt to the top of the board. Then get some foam and cover it with a leather-like fabric. Hot glue or staple the covered foam to the edges of the board. If you want to get really fancy, cut out some holes for cupholders before you attach the felt (don't cover the holes, felt around them). Then put in some of those plastic cupholders you get at Walmart after the whole thing is complete.
