A bit of air in the lines is one cause,
Here is a little trick I recommend and it is used in pro racing.
put some high temp grease on the calliper guides.
and on the back of the pads, this will take out the squeal and vibration.
make sure the mechanisms inside the drum are adjusted everything nice and tight and little dabs of tight temp grease paste on some of the tension points.
I do these things ever time I do breaks.
I worked for a tyre and break shop for a while and have been working on cars since 1979 I have probably done about 1500 break jobs.
If you need more help contact me.

Although you just installed new drums and brake shoes, you probably installed after-market drums, which could be out of round. You may also have installed the brake shoes incorrectly. On the brake shoes there is one shoe with a leading edge, if installed incorrectly it could cause a shutter when braking.

New drums & shoes take a while to bed in. Give it a week. If it's still a problem, see if you've got any marks on the shoes that indicate a high spot on the drum. If you have, take the drums back.

If the brake shoes do not have a "leading edge" as with my old car then I just file them to a slight champfer which seems to work. It just helps them bed in quicker.
