you are definitely not anorexic

I am a nutritionist

you are at the low end of normal weight for an adult (19 and over ) if you are a teen then you are well within normal and may be closer to the high end depending on your age

at 5-8 a healthy adult should weigh 120-165

now that being said you may have some symptoms of anorexia nervosa which is a kind of eating disorder, if you are obsessed with losing more weight it may be a good idea to be evaluated by a psychiatrist

You should really talk to a professional to find out if you are anorexic or borderline anorexic. That is for a professional and you to decide. What is likely the case either way is that you do have what is called "disordered eating" and even if you could not really be considered anorexic this is still quite unhealthy. Weird eating habits don't make you an anorexic but obsession with food, body dysmorphia and losing a certain percentage of your bodyweight within a short percentage of time do. A lot of people count calories but once this starts effecting your health or other parts of your life then this becomes unhealthy. Please talk to a professional

anorexic is more if you have a voice in your head telling you are a worthless and fat! And no one will love you if you are fat! You exercise all the time and NEVER eat! You find ways around eatting and if you do eat, it's either not very much or you go and puke it up later!
I think you are a little on the thin side, but ifyou are eatting properly I don't think there is much wrong with you! I do know that vegetarians tend to be skinnier than the rest because they don't eat heavy meats!
I would if i were you try and eat breakfast, it's the most important meal of the day!
Also, be careful if you find yourself hearing voices and always thinking you are too fat and not eating anything, please get help! You can die from it and if you don't die you totally screw up your system!

youre not fat at all. and anorexic people are actually able to gain weight pretty easily because when they starve themselves, their body goes into starvation mode and anything thats put into the body after that gets directly stored as fat. some girls that are tiny can eat what ever they want because they have high metabolisms. now, anorexia is a mental disorder just as much as it is an eating disorder. it sounds like you have pretty good control over it. so my advice is to stop it before it becomes a serious habit and you become obsessive over it. its more dangerous than it seems. if you continue to eat less you may think you have control over it but one day you could get dizzy and pass out for a second, get freaked out and try to eat and discover that your body rejects any food you put in it and you start throwing up uncontrollably.. yeah, its dangerous and it will take control over you sooner than you think. so stop while you still can and be healthy by working out an hour a day, 6 hours a week. and eating healthy foods like fruits, veggitables, whole wheats, and lean proteins (in the right portions) and it will work.. when you think about it, being healthy really is easier than not eating. if youre having trouble changing your ways, try incorperating one new thing each week.. such as working out for a half an hour, eating more fruits and veggitables, or eating less unhealthy food. good luck.

You really should weight a little more. I know that 135 pounds is normal for someone 5'6. So you really should try to eat more often. Eating once a day is really not good. Its fine to excerscise and look at food labels though. And being a vegitarian is good. But no you arent anerexic, you eat once a day. You might look it though.

It sounds to me that you maybe anorexic. You should have 2-3 meals a day. You need to see a phycologist. Stop it before it gets too bad.

You need to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner every single day, especially if you want to lose weight...the system you have isn't healthy...you need to eat to lose weight, but have to eat the right foods

hm
im naturally thin, obsessed with food labels, and dont drink soda. i like being fit.
well if you're anorexic you would starve yourself, but you do eat. have you just always been thin? being thin doesnt make you anorexic.
i think only you can know if you're anorexic or not
