ok look im not gonna say ne thing but its like i was playin with her phones and there were messages from ex from lke 3 days ago sayin i love you

Nothing! You cousin's boyfriend will find out. If you tell him he will not believe you, accuse you of being jealous, etc. Your cousin will hate your guts if you narc. If you are really concerned, talk to your cousin about the importance of trust and giving one's promise of fidelity in a relationship. If she ignores you, leave it alone. It's a no win situation.

If you are close tell her about herself.If not then don't say a word because it will start a big mess and she might accuse you of wanting her boyfriend.She will get caught and hang herself.

You keep it on the low. But if you really think this is going on then tell your cousin to put herself in her boyfriend shoes. Ask her how would she feel if this happened to her.

stay right out of it! maybe talk to her about it, but do not go runnin' your mouth to anyone, that's your family, and definitely not your relationship or affair!! everyone will be mad that you said something, like some sort of gossip queen.
