I know that the power razor vibrates and the normal fusion does not. There also seems to be a color and of course a price difference between Power and normal cartridges. But is there any other, shaving-relevant difference in the cartridges? One can use the fusion power with normal fusion cartridges so there better be a difference. Else all fusion power users could buy the cheaper fusion non-power cartridges.

I just bought the vibrating one (what a waste of $, IMO) and used my old cartridges...I would not pay more for the others.

its all to do with the system. Fusion has 2 systems the standard and the power. the power 1 has a battery fitted so that the head of the razor vibrates which is supposed to lift the hairs off your face before cutting them which should give a closer cleaner shave. see my other answers on this subject.

All I know is my husband had to buy the fusion because they were out of his regular, and they are supposed to protect you from nicks and be closer, and it was neither.

He cut himself every day for the first time in years. Plus it was a totally stubbly shave.
