My wife went into Planned Parenthood for a routine pre-natal visit (we can't afford a private Ob-Gyn) and they thought she wanted an abortion. So they did the abortion.

I don't know if they mixed up the papers or whatever, but is there a lawsuit here or should we just try for another one?

Surely, your wife (and you) know the difference between a pre-natal visit and an abortion. The first is a check-up without medications. The second has medications administered - a big clue! - and a completely different procedure. Surely, you noticed something different? Were you clueless? Why?

You should be speaking with a lawyer not an Internet site.

They would have talked to your wife first about other options BEFORE an abortion. They would have talked to her in detail about the abortion. She would have had to sign paperwork about an abortion. There is no way they made a mistake.

I don't believe your wife. Sorry.

Sorry to say, but you cannot sue. With any medical procedure you have to give consent. They have to explain everything to the patient along with the dangers of the procedure. Then the patient would have to sign a form to give consent for them to do the procedure. So she knew what was going on, and I am sure that they have the signed forms in her medical records for proof.

Aren't you the loser that wanted to know if you could put your (not cool) three year old up for adoption becasue you were only 26? If so, I say the clinic did the world a favor and you should have a vasectomy

Yes there is definitely a lawsuit there. I mean they killed your child without your permission or want. But how did she not know what they were doing to her??

You are full of crap! Forget about suing your wife's doctor, but rather sue your own for allowing you to be so stupid!
