I'd use a deep mauve, or perhaps a black & darker pink stripe. Don't wear plain black.
Best thing to do is take shirt to a good store & match ties with it. Don't be concerned about the colors of the bridal party since you are not part of the bridal party.

striped tie with pink, black, and white colours. Preferably if you want to use pink, I recommend do white shirt pink tie black suit.

Black, white and pink are all color options for your tie. Make sure you have a coordinating (but not matching) pocket square to go with it. You can go with a black tie and lime pocket square if you want to incorporate the lime color of the wedding party.

See what your date is wearing, and coordinate with what her dress is...if it is multi-colored, then see what her favorite color is. If you don't have a date, then just stick with red or green, or you can go really radical and get a Christmas themed tie, people will comment on it all night and you'll never be alone in the crowd. If you want to be even more noticable, get one of those that lights up. :) Have fun! PS-for my companies christmas party, i'm wearing a black dress, but going to have my "whoville" santa hat on....hey, it is Christmas after all! =)

kinda confused as to whether you are wearing pink, white, or lime green, but you can't go wrong with a black tie.
