Anytime me and my girl are walking down a busy sidewalk, we are practically run over by people walking. We are always forced to move cause almost nobody else ever moves. It`s very annoying.

Oh God, yes!!! I hate that! It's like they own the damn sidewalk.
Nobody had consideration for anybody else, they just slam right into you if you don't move. Especially if it's a group of people, they stretch all the way across. And NONE OF THEM MOVE!!!
AARRGGGHHH!!!!
I know when I walk down the street, I leave room for others to pass, or if I'm with my kids, I make sure they leave room for other pedestrians.
Just too much rudeness nowadays.

Alot of times Pedestrians act like the world revolves around them and that they can walk in the middle of the road because cars won't run them over or that they can walk without getting out of the way because other people will move...Laziness...It is extremely annoying!!!!!!! Yes it is a problem where I live and every other place I've been to.

I would probably be one of those people walking swiftly being aggravated by people walking slowly and blocking the sidewalk so that I can't slip past them...So I would say that the pedestrian sidewalk rage can go both ways.

Yeah, it's happened to me before. Usually I find that it happens when I'm not necessarily in a hurry and I'm just walking normally. What I do now is make eye contact with people and they're more inclined to move a little and then you move a little so neither of you are feeling pushed. It's harder to run someone over when they're looking you straight in the face. Let me know if it works for you!

I know the feeling. I get the same way when I'm trying to walk
somewhere and two people are walking directly ahead of me,
engrossed in conversation and moving very slowly. I try to move
past them without running them down. Maybe that was you and your girlfriend-and you should either increase your pace or continue moving.

Its everywhere. Like people don't realize that the same rules apply like on the road. There is a right lane and a left lane. You should always be in your right lane and walk at a reasonable pace. Runners should be in the jogging lane or be shoved into traffic.

It's a big problem in Los Angeles, but i'm probably one of those people that you mentioned, i just walk and i won't move out of the way.

So stop moving and force the other people to move. Or roll in something smelly... then a path will clear right up for you.

yes i have two kids one is 4 and the other 10 months and i will be walking or driving and they think they dont have to stop for cars or will actually nudge my daughter out of the way i get soooo upset
