Yes. Actually with my first i had no idea i was pregant but i was having these awful pains down below and it turned out I was pregnant and the doctor said the pain was from the implantation and the uterus stretching a bit. It is painful sometimes. I also get an annoying pain when i ovulate.

When first I got pregnant, I would feel a slight tugging in my uterus. I instinctively knew what it meant. I have been pregnant five times. I never felt any more than that. It varies a lot from woman to woman. Some women don't feel anything at all, and as you have seen here, some women feel cramps. I recommend you go to a course on natural family planning. You will learn to recognize when you have fertile mucus and can conceive. It will also help you to recognize any symptoms you experience when you are fertile. I had an unusual experience. I observed fertile mucus while I was pregnant. I shrugged it off because I was pregnant, but my baby was not strong and eventually died. However, during the time I was fertile while pregnant, I became pregnant with a second child, and this sustained the pregnancy while my body took care of the evidence of the other child (who was 4 months old when s/he died). The second child was born a year after I first became pregnant. He is now a healthy and very athletic young man, earning a good living, married, and has a son of his own. Based on my own experience I would say the wisest thing you can do is learn natural family planning so you can plan to have relations when you are fertile. Good luck to you.

Yes, when I concieved about 8 days after ovulation, I had a lot of cramps I thought I was going to have my period but I was still a week early for it so I just thought it was normal, I had those cramps for 2 days, I had to lay down because I was really feeling weird. And it was indeed implantation. 8 days after I had that cramping I took a pregnancy test and it was indeed positive. The day I ovulated I had mild pain too and sore breasts but that only lasted 1 day.

Before i went on the BC pill i knew when i was ovulating, i got side cramps and just felt blah... that went away until i got my period!
Mostly i just felt cramps in my side!
But i did get some serious cramping after i found out i was pregnant! Worse than period cramps! Doctor said they were ok, no bleeding or side cramps!

A lot of women experience "implantation cramps" which are light cramps at the time of conception. On the other hand, cramping can occur for other reasons, so don't bank on it just based on that. Good luck!!!

I've had 2 children. With my second pregnancy I remember having extreme cramps, just like having my period, but it never came and I was pregnant.
