Yup, you have oil on your fingers so touching your face will increase the amount of acne you have. Use a cleanser and wash your face every morning and every night before you go to bed.

Touching your face is a huge problem when talking about acne. See your hands touch EVERYTHING. Your hands are constantly picking up bacteria, dirt, dust, etc....and when you touch your face you are spreading the "grime" from your hands into your pores (tiny holes in your face that make pimples/blackheads/zits when filled up with bacteria). So you really don't want to touch your face; but if you do, wash your face. It helps keep acne from happening, keeping blemishes away and it makes your skin soft/handsome. But don't wash your face too much or you will irrate the skin too much and get tons of other problems!

Yes! If u touch your face and your hands are dirty that can make it worse! Also, scratching your face will cause your skin to break and bleed and also spread it to other parts that it wasn't there in the first place. Acne is in your skin so if your where to rub ur skin too hard it can spread and if u break the skin by scratching it, your face can end up with scars.

Touching your face, or squeezing your pimples, make acne worse, because your hands always carries bacterias. Also washing your face too many times make acne worse, because it irritates it.
So don't touch your face man!!!

Yes, especially if you touch your face with dirty fingers. Your acne is more likely to clear up if you only touch it to wash.

yes it does most people that have acne have greasy skin, which isn't their fault but the best way to get rid of it is to keep oily things as far away from your face as possible (aka fingers and hair) and keep your face sparkling clean

Yeah, it does, cause your hands have oil on them and that oil gets in the pores and it gets real bad. Usually it'll get redder and bigger.
