Why most of corporate world out there doesnt hire black and foreign people??

I don't believe that's true. Most big corporations hire people with the right qualifications & College degree. I know a lot of foreigners and blacks that are a lot smarter than me. They all work for big corp.

Because the majority of of the people in the US are caucasian. If you have 73 caucasians, 13 african americans, 10 hispanics, and 4 asians; and youre looking for 1 person, the absolute best for the job; races set aside; theres a 73% chance they will be caucasian.... Now, why large corporations that are based in a minority dominated urban area like Los Angeles dont hire minorities.... thats a different question.

This used to be true. But now their is a law preventing corps from discriminating against race religion and every thing else
