i am trying to find out the year and cc of a yamaha waverider jetski . will it say anywhere on the jetski ?

for sure you can tell by the HULL # which is on the back right side of the ski. The last two numbers of the Hull# represent the model year of the water craft.

Your PWC should have a hull number on a plate somewhere toward the rear of the boat possibly on the gunnel/rail. The last two digits are your model year.

The seller should have a title that has the year on it. If not get the VIN number which every PWC has and take it to your local tag agent, they can pull up the info.

Try looking up the vin number with you state registration office

Or take it to a Yamaha dealer. But if its free why does it matter????

usually it will show on the vin number...you can also get the vin and call yamaha.
