no - scarey if there was - road rage would be over and house murder would be up - you have to go throuigh the police

Yes.... The DVLA will supply details (for a fee) - but you have to have a good reason to want it..

Look on their website... Most clamping companies do it, so they can issue fixed penalty notices instead of clamping - cheaper for them...
