i have blueish green eyes as well. they are the best!! i always choose liner depending on what i am wearing. if i choose a blue liner i always put a line of white liner just above it grabs the attention and makes eyes look wider. i also use a light brown liner with a mix of coppers and gold shawdows. you have to play arould with it and get a good feel for the color that fits you best.

Pine green, or black/brown. The pine green is a good fun look, also... I know people always say that you should go with the opposite color of your eyes to make them pop, but here is a great secret. If you do a very simple bright blue... (don't use too much) it can really make your eyes stunning. It also brings forward the other specks of color besides blue that are in your eyes! =) Use one coat of black mascara and curl your lashes. =)

Brown eyeliner is the best for bringing out the color of blue-green eyes. Also, an orange based eyeshadow is great for bringing out the color if you do not feel like wearing eyeliner.

It really depends on what you are going to wear. If you are wearing teal or blue or green, you can go with a nice teal liner. If you are going to wear brown, black or red you want to wear a neutral color that doesn't clash, because your eye will stand out anyway.

Blue-eyed girls will best bring out their eyes by using neutral tones like browns and taupes, etc. If you use blues and jewel tones, the only thing people will notice is your eyeshadow, etc., not your eyes.

Brown or even a little darker. Black eyeliner looks good with every eyecolor. i guess it could depend on the other colors of make-up that your wearing that day. it all depends.
