I don't think so....I end up losing sleep at night because I keep thinking, "Oh just one more and then I'll stop." LOL Never seems to happen.

Absolutely!!! Solving Cryptograms!!! After racking your brain to solve it, you get the reward of reading a nifty quote or funny quip...then it's on to the next one.
With Sudoku, after racking your brain, all you get is reassurance that you can still count to nine!
Not to diminish the fun of Sudoku, as I still do those, too, but I enjoy Cryptograms far more.

Mahjong is addicting too. But then, you are attached to your computer while playing. Sudoku is nice to just play anywhere. Another fun pencil game is Fill-Ins.

World of Warcraft, ugh, most addicting game ever. I had to uninstall it just to give myself incentive to leave my room after a year.
