if i was a guy i'd like to sing like axl rose (from guns n roses, but by now every one should know who he is lol)(when he was young of course cause now he sounds like he got run over by a car)
he has a really big range and can sing really fast he also is a good song writer (welcome to the jungle, garden of eden, paradise city)

Wow, that's a good quesion. I sing so that's really hard cuz I like so many different voices. I would say maybe Tori Amos. She can be so many things with her voice, powerful, vulnerable, jazzy, rockish and has a great range ... she has such an expression and real tone that not many singers can match

He is absolutly amazing, he can scream like none other, but then come down and sing in perfect tune. He does all the singing and screaming for the band and he can transition in a heart beat, he's the best for headbanging or just soft listening. No matter what you want, he can do.

Even though I'm really into rock, I would have to say Kelly Clarckson because she can sing fast slow, whatever, high, low, everything. I think she has an amazing talent and I'm glad she won American Idol. Basically, for the same reasons you put, lol.

Amy Lee and Chester Bennington. They both have really strong voice and know how to use it. Besides, they are gifted singers and songwriters.

amy lee! she rocks! she has a very versitle range. she can do evanescence type songs while still being able to sing slow songs. she also has a very strong voice!

i would have to say freddie mercury because he is amazing... minus the gay thing and dead...... but he has amazing range....... and is very versitile.... he could sing opera or just be..... i dk
