Alan Shearer was complete crap at World Cup Finals. He was OK in Euro '96 though. I'd say Bobby Charlton or Gary Lineker.

Oh, and by the way, Bestie was Irish and played for Northern Ireland...and never made it to a World Cup Finals tourny.
