Think of a good question to ask her, ask - looking deep into her eyes with a small smile on your face - then follow up with another question or thank her and walk away. Don't ask too much and don't let your feelings betray you 'cause it will make you look desperate. She's either playing hard to get, not sure if she wants to be caught by you, is just being nice to you, or is simply not interested in you. No one can really know that except her. Remember, if she's not interested, there are always more girls out there. Best wishes.

You have to shift the "balance of power" and regain control of the relationship.
Call her on what she's doing and inform her it's not working. Tell her it's actually making you NOT want to spend time with her. Say you're not a "game player"
Then don't call and tell her friends that you're really disappointed things didn't work out. You really thought she was different.
She'll go CRAZY and try to get things back on track. Then take control and do things on YOUR terms.
If you CHASE her she will RUN- If you RUN she will CHASE you
