They do not understand how our government works. There are some problems but with the checks and balances it is not just Bush's fault. There will be problems with every presidency, dem or rep, not everyone has the same values but you can't please nearly 300 million people anyhow.

because he has lied to us, on numerous occasions.
Because he won his election because he said he has morals and the other people didn't. Yet he has clearly shown he does not.
and as for not getting the big picture..... ok, he simply said Iraq has WMDs and could pose a threat to the US.
Hussein was scared out of his pants of the US, the last thing he wanted to do after getting his butt kicked in 91 was attack us.
N Korea and Iran have WMD and both have hated the US directly for many years. N Korea since the Korean war, and Iran since before the olympic hostage situation.
He said Iraq was a threat to the american people. N Korea has threatened the US with Nuclear strikes. They have stated if sanctions are imposed upon them it will be considered an act of war and they will retaliate with every weapon they have at their disposal. Japan tried to get sanctions against them for their recent tests, gues what would happen if they get it passed.....
Yet I don't see good ole GW attacking N Korea do I?
Or you can say it's to liberate the people of Iraq, the N Koreans are brainwashed and executed publicly if they say anything bad about their government. They are actually brainwashed into believing their leader came down from heaven on a white horse. They also are forbidden from contact with the outside world, and everythign they read is written by the government, everything on television is made by the government..... should I go on?
The Iraqi's were fearful of their leader yes, but no where near to the extent that the N Koreans are fearful of their govenment.
GW used WMD and the government there as reasons why we went to war, both cases are many times worse in N Korea. But we will not go to war with them.
This is not to say I want to go to War with N Korea. I really don't, but I didn't want to go to war with Iraq either. If we did go to war with N Korea, it would be more justified than the war with Iraq.

I don't hate him. I hate his policies.
Examples:
1 ) Says we're going to catch Osama bin Laden, but closes the CIA branch in charge of tracking him down.
2 ) Constantly chaged reasons for going to war in Iraq.
3 ) Completely blew off unprecedented world support after 9/11 and made us the most reviled nation in the world.
4 ) Once at war in Iraq, proved to have NO strategy for peace. Everyone knew we'd win and topple Hussein. But they were incredibly unprepared for what happened next. No we're stuck with "staying the course", when that course has crumbled from under our feet.
5 ) Continues to build the deficit by making unwise tax cuts targeted at the richest Americans.
6 ) Continues to distract Americans from real issues by making token statements about faux issues like gay marriage and flag burning.
7 ) I actually agree with his immigration plan. (Just thought I'd note one instance of thinking he was right).
8 ) Lack of follow through on the things that supposedly made him a "compassionate conservative". For instance, said he would sponsor a bill that would create mental health parody in medical insurance. Never even proposed the bill.
9 ) Said he would fire anyone involved with leaking the name of Valerie Plame. When it was proven that it was his Svengali, Karl Rove and Cheney's right-hand, he changed everything and said they would only be fired if found guilty of a crime. Later it's proven that he began the campaign to "discredit Joe Wilson" (no direct reference to Plame, though, so no crime...still shady).
Okay, that's enough to explain why I hate his policies and think he's the least effective president since Carter (if not before).

Because often when one isn't getting his/her own way as the liberals are today they tend to lash out.
It's OK for them to do this because it only makes them look like big babies and big babies can't run a Country so they won't win in 2008.

They don't agree with what he is doing about the "war" we are in, the stuff on gay/lesbian marriages, the "No Child Left Behind" act, etc. For me, I don't have an opinion on him because I'm not into politics.
