My real thoughts....don't nukem but bomb the living daylights out of every power plant , weapons depot, military base and government installation they have...make it hurt, really really bad, And then let South Korea pay for the rebuilding.... And in a partial reply to IntermeDx 's answer, I worked for the ICBM SPO (now part of space command)at Hill AFB for many years and had a chance to work the START treaty. We went to several former Soviet states to confirm missile counts and view their decommissioning (destruction) ..I have news for you their science wasn't behind ours they just took the add age more is better so for every 1 super brained tank we built they build 20 cheaper ones...But their missiles and their planes were as good and even better than we had....And I can back this up with valid info if you like to know more...

Absdolutely nothing. the fact the missle failed less than a minute after launch suggests their technology is inadequate. Just as the Soviet Union's technology was inferior to ours, North Korea is not a viable threat. We should ignore them completely.
Of course, the military industrial complex will want to use this as an excuse to squeeze yt more money our of the goverment, at taxpayer expense.

Keep our defenses up just in case, and don't give into any demands. Apparently this missile show is just tantamount to kicking and screaming like little babies so that some of the economic sanctions will be lifted.
