in this modern age, credit is almost a necessity for survival.
so with identity fraud, you put random numbers together, & run up the bill on that number, not ever knowing, or careing about the person whose number that belongs to.
but could you leave your identity to someone else after you pass on. i mean, what use do then have for it? none! so why not let someone else use it then?

Interesting question, but the simple answer is that the economy thrives on the fact the majority of Americans must indebt themselves to those that are already afluent in order to survive. This is the cornerstone of the global economy...it requires no raw material or large amounts of labor. All it requires is for a small group of people have significantly more money than another. Your prosposal if made a reality would cause the economy to collapse.
