Raven would win because Harry Potter hurts merfolk and its bad luck to harm Mermaids and mermen. Harry Potter looks like a doofus anyway. I even know British people that agree with me. Teen Titan fans have been around longer than Harry Potsmoker people. Get over it

man this is a hard question, I'm going to say raven because her Father is like some evil devil god thing, and harry potter he just got lucky when he was little, that scare on his head may be magical or something but raven could still own him. so yea raven would win
