Grout is cement. You can get a removal tool (toothed scrapper) at any hardware store or use a rotary grout remover. Are you sure you want to remove the grout?

Sweat and muscle.

Go to a hardware store and get a grout removal tool. There are several types, the two I used are a saw-like tool and a triangular shaped scrapper. The saw-like tool was the best, but be sure to get extra blades mine went dull after about 100 sq ft. Gloves and knee pads are also a good idea, I didn't use gloves and my knuckles got pretty beat up.

You can also get bits for a dremmel tool. I haven't used them to completely clean out grout, just to clean up imperfections after it dries. I found it hard to control and gouged/scored the tiles a couple of times by mistake.

Grout is a cement like material. I don't know of any spray to
dissolve it. You can get a tool at the building center to "file"
it out.

if you have a power drill, cordless preferably. they sell circular wire brushes that can attach to your drill. works wonders on removing grout. be careful though, the strip grout quickly so be sure you don't take too much off.
