If you want to be a serious artist, I would suggest that you NEVER draw or paint from a photograph. It is very obvious and looks amateurish to people who are used to viewing drawings and paintings.

You should see if there is some sort of community art center in your area, many of them offer life drawing classes.

You might be interested in checking out, and perhaps joining, an online art community called Deviant Art. (You are capable of looking through the vast photographs and other artist's work without signing up.) There are more than a few models ranging from nudes to elaborate costumes available for artistic use.

I'd like to agree with Phaedra said. Pictures always warp reality. Any published photo can not be trusted due to severe retouching and alteration. If you really want to be serious about your art education, draw from life. Pictures should be reguarded as what they are when you draw from them ; a temporary solution, a trap that is easy to fall into and a crutch.

like are they really THAT HARD TO FIND websites for that- or are you that out of it you cant find any besides the really nasty ones???
