i dated a guy for 4 yrs and the guy hate me after the second yr we were together and I fought for a long time to have something happen more than what did what can I do cuz he is the father of my son I want to tell him its over but he will be there in my heart cuz our son

It sounds like you already know what to say. That you love him because he's the father of your son, but that it is clear that neither of you is happy as a couple so it is time to move on.
Then do it. Don't stop to question your choice. You've had several years to reach this decision.

you have to take the plunge and tell him. Sadly, you cant make a person love you no matter how hard you try, been there done that. Just tell him it isn't working out, and move forward. He will always be part of your life, if he's a real man and is a father to your son, but mover and and find happiness for yourself and your son.

get an order of protection, tell him its over and move on. if that doesnt works, show him u mean it by letting him c u with another guy.
