They sneak here knowing they can find a job, have plenty of babies that are born into the system (free healthcare), there children can get an education, they can get an apartment and a car. How in the hell are they Illegal? I thought when you have done something illegal you can't get crap??? They can come here and live perfectly fine without any problems and I was wondering if Americans wanted to go to Mexico what would happen...Would they let us stay?

They are illegal and they shouldn't have any rights at all. If we go to another country they aren't going to hand us over anything free. My passport was stamped in the UK "receiving public services or funds prohibited" Only the US is in the handout business

For one thing when they hire them they do not run a though check on their credentials. I do no a place i used to work for at tax time the IRS would call and let them know that certain SS # were false or the name and number did not match they would fire them. And here is what is so hilarious. The same ones they fired would come back a month later with a new name and SS#. And they would hire them! To me the whole thing is two sided.

They are not American citizens, so they do not have any rights whatsoever. Immigrants that go through the system to become American citizens are protected under these rights because they are earning the privilege to be called Americans.

Just because you do something illegal it doesnt mean you lose your rights. Even the filthiest criminals in our justice system have rights. That's the beauty of our system.
