I have sooo much stress on me from family, to guys and school, and friends and everything. I heard that stress causes pimples and weight gain and i really dont want that to happen... What can I do?

Try Yoga and deep breathing exercise. You will be surprised how well it works for stress.

Take some time out just for you...go off to a quiet corner & either listen to some music or read a good book. If you don't like either of those options, take yourself to a movie and get a big bucket of popcorn! Just find some time for you!

go and take a walk, i have stess all the time. you need to isolate you from the stress. and if you dont it can cause you more problems than u already have. go see a movie or go eat lunch by your self
