Two possibilities...

1) You have a virus or spyware and the email came from your machine... If so, check using tools in link below

2) You were "spoofed"... i.e. someone sent out a lot of spam using YOUR return address, so they are not bothered by the undeliverables.... So, what to do? At a minimum, notify your ISP that someone is "spoofing" you, so they do not de-activate or suspend your account!

It probably means somebody who has your e-mail address in their address book (computer) has a virus that has grabbed their addresses and sent mass e-mails. You should scan your own computer just to be safe.

Probably not, its most likely just a case of spoofing....

Just delete it.
