All answers above in some way depict the plight of North Korea today. It is unfortunate but true that whimsical psyche rules a dictator's action and not reasoned and rational decisions primarily directed for the prosperity and well-being of its people. In some measure the immediate neighbors are responsible for its total isolation resulting in such irresponsible actions. The solution lies in diplomacy and negotiations which alone are the way ahead and not precipitate a crisis. There should be options to make it attractive to choose the path of negotiations.

G) None of the above. Every country should enforce their own legitimate right to test their own weaponry, just as de US test their own in "military exercises", and "democracy fighting" all over the world. So why should everyone cry in agony and despair for their tests? Did anyone cry like that when we found out that the "Weapons of Massive Destruction" were just a lie used to get us on the war wagon? Hmmm?

which will be truly stupid on the Obama administration's area. Kim Jong-Un has no purpose of launching any nuclear guns on the U. S., he in simple terms needs to throw the prospect round and make himself seem extreme and robust. to visit North Korea will be taking Kim's bait.
