You can get your tongue pierced at the age of 14, you have to have a parent with you and you both have to have proper ID, this is required until the age of 18. When I got mine done about 6 years ago, it was $50. The prices may have changed by now though.

Cost depends on where you are in Chicago I paid $50 in El Paso it's about $30 and age wise Most cases it's 18 no parental concent otherwise you need it...

I highly discourage tongue piercings. While you may think they look cool and will make your love life fun and exciting - the barbell in your tongue will gradually destroy your tooth enamel. Also, you are more likely to chip your teeth. If you go to someone who doesn't know what they are doing (and that is likely if they pierce you if you are underage), your face can become paralyzed or you could die.

but if your not 16.. im sure you could find a place that would do it for you.. though i wouldn't reccomend it...
