Not just a rant or a waste of a question, I am worried that this person will set a precedent, if a user can create an ID and get say 24 hours uninterrupted spamming, wont others follow. Does anyone know Yahoo's policy on this?

Same here, "Monica" just posted yet another question, posting all that tripe as an answer is just an insult! There's also a duplicate "Monica" that puts on an identical post, so even when "Monica" has run out of points we'll be stuck with her doppelganger.
And then there was that "Michael Moore", he was on all weekend. Is he gone yet? Its all against the rules but they don't act very fast and not at weekends.

This is nothing new. And the chances of Monica being a real person are slim to none. Bots are slowly taking over the internet...
