we know that the palistinians do not want any real peace, they want Israel off the map, we know that a cease fire by the palistinian terrorists, does not mean a desire for real peace - but a time where they can restock themselves with wepons of destruction, without the Israelies stoping them, so in what way does it help israel to remove jews from the land g-d gave them, and give itg-d forbid to terrorists? go after the terrorists instead!

The more you give the Arabs the more they will want.
If only Israel could learn this.
Folks who understand the Arab-Israeli conflict said before the Gaza retreat last summer that Israel would have to re-take Gaza, that Israel giving them the strip would not end the attacks.
Now, we're hundreds of Kassam rockets later. Hopefully Israel will wake up and drive the enemy out, and stop trying to appease them.

Israel probably realizes that the Palestinians were in the West Bank and Gaza before the Six-Day war in 1967, so they see that it is better to go back to that situation. Unfortunately, the Arab nations are not encouraging the Palestinians to start a state. They could have declared a state at anytime in the past 2000 years, and in modern times, they had a chance between 1948 and 1967 when their land was controlled by Jordan (the West Bank) and Egypt (the Gaza). Yet they did NOT declare a state baecause the Arab advisors to the Palestinians insist on demanding ALL the land, and therefore this would be the destruction of Israel. We could very easily have peace today if the Palestinians had accepted a two-state solution. Israel is the ONLY country in the Mid-East to return land--the Sinai to Egypt, and now the Gaza to the Palestinians.

I think you're right about the Palistineans not really wanting peace (but really wanting Isreal off the map) but it's more complicated than that. Both sides have blood on thier hands, both sides have been made blind & stupid by religion, both sides are deserving of both sympathy and disgust.
I also think that any move towards peace should be applauded. Remember, as a Jew, that you should endeavor to be BETTER then them! As Jews, we should work towards peace, while they're acting like ignoramuses.

Neither is uprooting innocent palestinians to give to Israelis true peace.

We should nuke that whole area(Iraq,Iran,Afganistan,Pakistan,Israel etc) of the world.It would make earth a better and safer place to live.
