kinda.new.to.digital.world.. l like the animation style of online ads that are...kinda slomo...minimalist action...pastel dreamy colors...like the mortgage svce ad with the slowly swimming carp...like to get that effect by converting digital camera images with 'home/amatuer' software...all info appreciated thanx bott.babe (sys mins woul be helpful also)

You have to apply different sets of filters to get the effect you want. To do this you will need to use a quality photo editing program like Adobe Photoshop. You may also be able to find the right filters, etc. for the Gimp (www.gimp.org.)

I have so many that its silly! My favorites are King Koopa and Scrooge McDuck! :D I also like Megavolt and QuackerJack from Darkwing Duck. Weirdest is probably Dr. Viper from Swat Kats. I'm old school 90s.

some editing software has that feature, i used to use the Kodak easy share sofrware and it has that feature built in, all you have to do is select the picture and then the feature

You can probably do it in Paint Shop Pro programs or just draw it yourself.

not all digital cameras have those....make sure when you buy one ask for the ones that can do that......
