I have a 2003 Chevy Cavalier. The spedometer and cruise control don't work, but the odometer does.?

Any suggestions on how to fix it. Could it be the speed sensor?

sound like a recked car fixed. You have to consult a book to check if the cruise cable is conected to your trotlebody, and if the speedometer cable is also linked with the transmission. Consult a mechanics book on this particular car and you should be able to fix, no problem.

this would be all electronic, so i would check the speed sensor, only if you also have shift problems, or possibly ecu, bcu or fuse problems...
