ok so i have these bumps on my arms its like dry skin or something how can i get rid of them?

Assuming it's just dry skin and not dermatitis or eczema, exfoliate then moisturize. Origins makes a great line of scrubs and moisturizers. Try the ginger scrub and either the ginger body butter or the white tea skin guardian cream.

it could just be a heat rash.. i get them sometimes when i take extremely hot showers.. yeah those arent really good for you if you want to have soft and not dried out skin... just moisturize it and exoliate... and don't take really hot showers.. it should go away.. o, maybe you could be allergic to something.. are you putting new lotions or other stuff on your skin? if you have been, try sticking to the stuff that you would normally use.. or try something new...

try using baby oil and/or lotion when you get out of the shower or go see your dr. to make sure what the problem is

Vaseline hand lotion everywher, everytime, Dove for ur body wash.

You can use some good moisturizing lotion.

use a lotion and try not to take very hot showers.......but it would help if you go to your doctor!!!
