How old are you? If you are a minor, your mom has every right to designate where you stay, unless there is some very sound reason -- like she beats you, or starves you, or something that would give legal justification to changing custody. If you are of legal age, where you stay is up to you. It would depend on why you want to leave. Would you be closer to work or school? Are you on better terms with your aunt than your mom? How you explain this to your mother depends on your relationship with her.
Sorry -- there are an awful lot of variables in this answer, but it isn't a question that has a straightforward answer based on what you have told us.
Hope this helps you to think the problem through.

First of all if you are underage, you don't really have the option to move where you want. But if you want your mom to say yes, you have to give her good reasons for why you want to go. If you are having difficulties at home that you think will be alleviated by staying with your aunt, talk to your aunt and get her to help you with your mom. First and foremost though, you should let your mom know that you love her no matter what and that you think that this will be best for both of you. Remember though that you only have one mother and it will break her heart to know you want to go live with someone else, that is probably why she is saying "no".

you want to sit down down mutually with her and tell her that you're an individual now, and that is your position and she or he's overstepping her bounderies. Then, you want to provide her a time reduce, and keep on with IT!! believe me, she knows what she is doing, and the undeniable actuality that you do not say something will purely save her there longer. that's time to communicate mutually with her and act like an individual. when you're frightened about it, have your boyfriend there with you. i'd also tell her that if it were HER domicile, she doesn't submit with the type of issues she does to YOU. And, in case you imagine about it, you doesn't submit with this type of remedy from all of us else both, so why do you may want to submit with it out of your own relations?

How old are you? Do you and your mom have problems with each other? Your mother is your gaurdian and is responsible for you.........if you are under 18. You can't expect her to want you to move out and live with someone else..........even if it is your aunt!

If you're old enough, then move out on your own.

What's so better about your aunt's house anyway?
