I want to know how he can afford two new vehicles and a new house that he and his non working wife can afford. I pay childsupport for 2 kids and have very little. I live paycheck to paycheck.

I empathize with you since it seems like he might be taking advantage of your income; but if you are officially divorced, you have no legal recourse that I know of in order to learn his credit score.

You would have to take him to court regarding your support payments and have the court reevaluate what you should be paying.

The court would then investigate his holdings, income, and the like, to see what resources he had; and perhaps then your payments would be lessened, if they discovered he had more resources than you.

But you will never discover his credit score unless he tells you himself.

what he does with the child support really isnt any of your business..as long as the children are taken care of and arent being abused in any way.....then he can do whatever he wants with it. His credit score is absolutly NONE of your business and against the law for you to try and get it.
Actually you sound more jealous than anything...kinda like you wish it was you and not his "new non working wife"
maybe I should say...."if ya snooze...ya lose"......if he has custody of the kids...that kinda shows he can take better care of them and support them adequatly.......
and newsflash......"Most of us live paycheck to paycheck"...its life..get over it.
I can't feel sorry for you...I was a single mom who worked 2 jobs to support 3 kids because I didnt get support from a deadbeat dad...........try doing that then complain about living paycheck to paycheck......my kids are grown now..and never once did I lose custody or give it up.

No.. It doesn't matter how much he makes or how great his credit is. If you're the one paying child support - it only matters how much you make. He could be a millionaire and if he's the one with the kids - you'd still have to pay the support.

You need to take hime back to court and they will have him fill out a paper on his expenses. But no I don't think you have a right to his credit score cuz it is attached to her also and that makes it crime.

I understand your frustration but you don't have the right. Plus if you found out his credit score, what changes? Nothing. He is still "rich" and you are still just making it.
