um..yes! the whole purpose of tanning oil is so when you go OuTdOoRs (aka where the sun is!) it will attract the sun so you get tan. but if you get burned easily, then look for one w/an SPF in it. or wear sunscreen under it. however, tanning lotions or sprays are so you don't damage your skin. you don't need to be outside for those to works!

tanning oil does work outdoors. if you usually burn you should just wear a low numbered sunblock and only stay out in the sun for very short periods of time....or go to a tanning bed or one of those spray on tanning places

I dont know... But you should use baby oil and mix iodine with it. You might burn but, if you do, then put lotion on right after you go inside so that you wont even peel to begin with and it will eventually tan after the burn goes away. Just make sure you keep you skin moisturized!!

Tanning is ALWAYS bad for your skin. It is the surest way to get wrinkles and leathery looking skin.
I had a friend who tanned all the time when she was a teenager, and when she was 25, she already looks like she is 40.
If you are not happy with your natural color, try some tanning lotions that dye your skin.

indoor tanning lotion is designed to accelerate the tanning beds which means if you use it outdoors you will certainly burn ( i know from experience)..but it mostly depends on the lotion and if you want color fast i say try using it be for going out and spending any money. apply it to a small area and see what happens.
