I'm not exactly sure, but I am pretty sure they passed a law stating you cannot work and get social securtiy. The cut off birthdate was 1940 I think....My dad is 69 and I seem to remember him talking about it. Go to http://www.ssa.gov/

No you have to make a pretty good amount to lose your social security

Yes if you make over a certain amount they will reduce your SS check $1 for every $2 you are over the limit.
