No, and it wasn't a suicide, either. The coroner gave a press conference yesterday afternoon, and he said that Lay had severe heart disease.
With that said, if I was him and was facing virtually the rest of my life in prison, I wouldn't have that much of a will to live, either.
You might want to read the NY Times online today, as they're saying that the family may not lose their assets, because "by Lay's death, his convicition is void".

It would almost seem that his death is a fraud; fake your personal death since you probably have millions of dollars stashed away in a foreign bank account, skip prison altogether and get an autopsy which usually takes weeks to complete in just one day; how appropriate for corporate Amerika!

it IS possible. If anyone had or has the financial means to fake his death, he is the person who could pull it off.
I have no opinion either way, just an observation.

Only radical Democrats will believe a conspiracy story like that because they are so filled with hate that they feel cheated that they didn't get perp shots of him entering prison. It is truly sad for a person to filled with that much hate.

no but I think he killed himself and payed someone to say he had a heart attack son his family will get his insurance money
