Is it possible to trade-in a desktop monitor for a flat-paneled monitor? Like at the same store that I got it?

Well, my monitor right now is a pretty nice emachines new desktop monitor. But I don't really like desktops. So can I trade-in my desktop, for a flat-paneled emachines monitor? Or is it even possible?

you should be able to get a good flat panneled monitor for around $200. Regular monitors (17") will run only around $100.
You might try selling on e-bay

CRT monitors aren't really worth anything these days, best take it to a 2nd hand pc shop and you may get a few dollars for it or better still just donate it to a charity shop
