Laziness. If we didn't do it the laundry would be placed on the floor and you would never know what is clean or what's dirty.

Men are smart. If they leave it long enough some woman
will do it for them. Smart women train them early to do those
chores for themselves.

They know how to use them - they just want to appear as if they don't so they won't get stuck doing any actual work at home!
