You can publish stories yourself thru Ebay

It won't hurt to try..But if it's a really goo d story and someone buys it for lets say $100 and they turn it into a book or movie.....That's your idea and you lost out on lots of money.....

You won't know until you try. Just be sure to copyright all your stuff before selling it.
