Well, no two movies are exactly similar, but other recent movies you might like are "Guys and Balls," a comedy about a gay soccer team in Germany [indie, in German], and "The Dying Gaul," a drama about a writer who gets involved with a married man. Those both came out in the last 6 months. I saw both and enjoyed them.
There are literally hundreds of gay-themed movies every year. One good way to find them is to check what is being shown in any of the various gay/lesbian film festivals around the US. You should be able to Google that.
