I do. Math is power. The better you are at math, the more money you can make when you grow up. Do the math!

I like math... for many reasons. The first and simplest reason for me is because it is a never ending challenge. There is always a more difficult level of Math. Also, math is like a universal language that describes things physical and abstract. Numbers and the manipulation of numbers (ie. operations and equations) allow us to plan and understand the world around us objectively. It is a fundamental block of science. But science does have its limits. Albert Einstein once said the follwing:
"While it is true that science, to the extent of its grasp of causative connections, may reach important conclusions as to the compatibility and incompatibility of goals and evaluations, the independent and fundamental definitions regarding goals and values remain beyond science..for science can only ascertain what is, but not what should be, and outside of its domain, value judgements of all kinds remain necessary."
The main thing that math cannot touch directly is moral evaluation. (Simple Ex: How much money is a human life worth?) This is how it should be. But other than that... math is basic, indespensable, and useful.

I don't mind math. After a couple semesters of Calc I had to stop though. I'm a Business major. I'll stick to Econ and stats. However I am amazing at English, Creative Writing, Literature what have you. I got nothing less than an A++ sine like pre-K. I was the only one of my friends who enjoyed writing essays. research papers are another thing... too much damn research, lol

I always liked math since it helped me to solve problems. For example, if I painted a room I used math [geometry] to figure out the painted area and know how much paint to buy.

So it has many daily uses and applications. If you're having problems with math, keep trying!

I like it because I love figuring out puzzles only to find the perfect answer. And math always has a solution unlike english, english sucks cuz there is no right or wrong answer.

I LOVE math!! It can be so complex, but is always concrete. It's nice to think about problems that actually have an answer...as opposed to philosophy which is never ending.
