What action/actions should other countries take against North Korea's defiant stand of launching test missiles? Why?

We need to be very careful in our actions, words, and deeds. The NK are very paranoid and somewhat uncivilized, it is to this end, that the most appropriate thing to do may be nothing at all. WOW, I in simple terms love each and each and every of the cool solutions from each and every individual. Why make one of those sophisticated element out of this. of direction if North Korea become to launch a nuclear missile at shall we are saying a neighbor. One 0.5 hour later there will be no North Korea to launch any extra missiles.

It's all a ploy to boost Bush's ratings. Those missiles can't even reach the U.S. All of a sudden this happens and it distract us from what is really important in the US.
Countries should figure out a diplomatic way to resolve this. Otherwise, cut them off economically. Countries need to stop dealing with N. Korea

I believe that no action should be taken unless another country is harmed in some way. If they launch a test missle and it hits another country, then that country can act in whatever way they see fit. I am not happy that they are launching test missles, but I do believe that no one has the right to tell them not to do it.

....build a working missile defense shield....can't attack them without fighting China....(think Korean War) and can't fight China without REALLY hurting the economy...so....STAR WARS is our only viable option...that and diplomacy, but that won't work (think Bill Clinton's treaty with North Korea)
