you dont need to bye a machinery you can run and do squats you can do anything you would do in a gym at home it saves you alot of money and when you eat eat what you want and then like anhour later get your running clothes and run around the house if you want but do some excersise after every meal it will help trust me

Eat more healthy. Cut McDonald's and fast food out of your diet and eat more fruits and veggies. Take long walks and jogs as often as you can (1 a day, if possible). Good luck!

Ride a bike, go walking, jogging or running. Any cardio exercise will burn fat evenly across your body and is good for you.

i have THICK thighs and a slim waste.. usually my jeans will either fit my waist and not my thighs.. or my thighs but too big for my waist.. so what i do if i dont find a good fit.. i alter them myself
