Actually, more than just Liberals say that. And it's not the Taliban that everyone is saying that there's no connection. It's Al Queda. And guess what? There's not, or at least there wasn't until we invaded Iraq without provocation, thereby influencing Al Queda to come to Iraq to fight the U.S.

Bush has no problem with the Taliban. After all, the Bush family has made millions off of them.

By the way, I don't suppose you see a problem with the fact that these 'captured reports' you speak of are available on the FOX site? No, of course you don't.

The 9/11 commission report (that you've obviously not read) states that there was no connection. All the rumors started by the administration and repeated by Fox "News" have been proven false.

Use common sense though if you can. On one hand, you have a secular, paranoid, megalomaniac, tyrant who thought of nothing but staying in power and didn't think twice about killing any potential rivals.... especially religious ones. On the other, you have a group of religious zealots who are deeply distressed that their holy sites are being over run by infidels, and their culture is being corrupted by secular governments. Guess who was number one on their "got to go" list of middle eastern leaders? Saddam was regarded on the same level as the "great Satan" (their phrase, not mine) itself, the US.

Given enough time, Iraq and the Taliban would have been at each others throats. There's no way they collaborated.

There is no connection is between Iraq and Al Qaeda (the people that attacked us), which the 9-11 commission and a CIA report also said.

Why do people who watch Fox news have no idea who's responsible for 9-11? Read the 9-11 report and learn, it was a government filed report... or is it just "liberal bias"... hahaha...

the Talliban was just the ruling government of Afghanistan... granted they gave Osama refuge, but that's FAR from a direct 9-11 link...

oh... and thanks for the link?... I'm not going to go wondering around aimlessly on Fox's website looking for it... guh...

Actually you would have to ask "W" ..when he was the Governor ( the only position he was truly elected too ) he had a visit with the Taliban.. this of course is video taped and therefore impossible to blame on some lefty liberal conspiracy theorists.. although I bet you 'll try. it is unclear what the purpose of this meeting was, but again you obviously have a close relationship with the prez so you'll have to ask him what he was thinking..uh, actually ..if he was thinking? Also John Ellis the head of the Fox news dept. is of course "W"s 1st cousin but that will no doubt be more liberal slandering.. so anything that they print, report or show on their overly biased stations is suspect.
you see liberals are not your enemy they are Americans with a different point of view but those of you who are so willing to attack your neighbor for his or her beliefs are the real threat to whats left of our federal republic.. you are the enemies of democracy !!!!

Liberals ..Sheer the sheep
Reactionaries ..Slaughter the sheep.
Radicals.. break down the fence and help the sheep find greener pastures..

Liberals never said that. They said there was no connection between Iraq and Al Qaeda, which the 9-11 commission also said.
And Fox is an unreliable source for news.

Are you a complete idiot? Did the government have access to those papers BEFORE we attacked? NO then they are beside the point aren't they? Do you have any other way to authenticate those papers...I mean other than the unbiased Fox news?

Do you even know why we went into Iraq. Can you name the ONE MAN who testified in front of congress AND the Bush admin AND the UN AND the British Rockingham project on WMD's???? NO! Do you know WHY you can not tell me that name...because it wasn't on Fox this week. (Shawn Hanity has spoken about this though.)

Actually, the main discussion is whether Iraq gave support to Al Qaeda. The Taliban gave support to Al Qaeda, which is why we are appropriately in Afghanistan.

There definately is a connection. Liberals and Democrats will always disagree. That's American politics. One side is always watching the other.

you're proudly citing fox as your "source" of information...

you may as well be getting them from the nazi gazette or the gestapo daily voice.

a good starting point for you for your ascent into the real world would be the documentary, "outfoxed."
