Speed is very addictive and it is possible she can't stop on her own.
I would start first by getting your parents involved. If she's a minor, they have the ability to control the situation.
You might also discuss abortion with her because the odds are very high that since she's continued using drugs, that baby will be damaged. It's not fair to the child to bring them into the world damaged or impaired.
And worst case, you may need to call the police.
Yes, that sounds harsh, but they call it toughlove. Sometimes if you don't take a hardline, you are only enabling your loved ones to continue their destructive behavior. Taking a hardline is the loving thing to do.

She can't stop because she is ADDICTED. She is an addict, so why isn't anyone getting her some help? Why hasn't her parents or YOU called the law? Don't you people realize that she is hurting that baby? She can't help herself anymore, so someone needs to step in and help her, whether she wants it or not. There isn't just HER life at risk now. CALL the drug abuse hotline at: 1-800-662-4357. It is a free call. Your sister will HATE you for a little while, and she will hate you real bad, but one day, she will love you more than ever for saving her life, and the babies. Don't be afraid. Just do it!!!!!!!!!!! You will feel proud of yourself for taking a stand, and helping her and your unborn neice or nephew.

Because she has no cares when she uses. People who use are not thinking with their brain because the dope is in control. She really neads help... her baby is in trouble. She has to dry out or the baby is going to have problems that is going to be life long. If DFS gets involved could mean the baby will get taken away and she would have to prove to the courts that she will be responsable with being a parent in order to even get her chld back. Tough Love. That is what she needs, in order to see she is hurting her child. Another choice would be to abort because she doesn't care if she doesn't stop using!!!!
I testified against my brother and put him in jail for forgery because he was using Meth and I had to show him TOUGH LOVE.

Ever heard of drug addiction? Speed makes you feel good, but is killing her and her unborn baby. She needs an intervention by the family and then professional help as soon as possible. She can be charged with child endangerment and put in jail, where they will ween her off the drugs. Time for you to go public, loudly and to anyone who will listen. her friends, family, employer, law enforcement, etc. Save the baby's life even if your sister won't.

She's is not going to stop and if you care about that unborn baby you need to call the authority's on her for the sake and life of that child she is destroying with her drug use. So they can get her in a clinic to watch her until she has the child.

If you care anything about your sister and this baby, as its clear you do by even posting here, then you need to notify the proper authorities such as Child Protective Services or the like in your city. Even if she is dumb enough to do this to herself, there's no reason she should be allowed to torment that baby and damage it in this way.

She is a addicted like I was back in the day. The only person that can make her stop using is herself. Show her tough love. Give her nothing.

Ask her how she will feel when something is wrong with her unborn child..or take her to a childrens hospital and let her see kids born addicted. She needs a rude awakening and fast......that baby deserves more than a strung out mom who cares more about herself than her baby.

Because she is addicted, and the speed has taken over her mind and made her priorities askew. If the baby survives, DHR will take the baby away if they find drugs in its system.

That's sad have you seen pictures of people use use meths's brains they look rotten cant imagine what it would do to a developing brain.
My hubby's sis is a meths head and they are soo creepy I hope you take her baby so she don't mess it up anymore after birth.
